Association for Yoga & Meditation (AYM) is a registered yoga school (RYS) with Yoga Alliance USA. AYM Yoga School was Established in 2005 in Rishikesh amidst scenic beauty of mystic Himalayas that hold undiscovered secrets for Yogis and Sages. It is a Non-Profit Organization registered with Govt. of India, which teaches about the unknown portions of Yoga and Meditation through a holistic approach, and how they can transform one’s life. There are many facets of Yoga such as Anatomy, Physiology, Yogic Psychology and Vedic Knowledge which are also taught to students by experienced teachers during various YTTC run by AYM. The students are taught in such a way that are able to grasp and remember all that is taught.
